ESTSS acknowledges the current political situation in the region. ESTSS Directors recently had a successful visit to Tbilisi in November to oversee the preparations for the conference, which are in full swing. Registrations are set to open in January.

We assure close monitoring of the developments and prioritizing the safety of all participants. We will provide timely updates through our website.

The conference registration fee includes: 

• Access to the conference sessions

• Lunch and refreshments during the conference programme

• Welcome Reception on 13 June
   

Registration does not include accommodation, travel expenses, insurance or gala dinner ticket.

Delegates selecting Phd Student fees are required to provide proof of their status at time of registration.

A variety of full and half day workshops delivered by experts in their field will take place on Thursday 12th June 2025 at Ilia State University

Please be advised the European Society for Traumatic Stress Studies (ESTSS) has made a decision to withhold all academic and research collaborations with Russian-state-affiliated universities and research institutions in response to the Russian war in Ukraine. This means that neither conference registrations nor abstract submissions of individuals with Russian-state institution affiliations will be accepted as part of the ESTSS 2025 conference.
