Misari Oe

Dr. Misari Oe is a psychiatrist and director of the Counseling Center at Kurume University Hospital, Japan. She is also an Associate Professor in the Department of Neuropsychiatry, Kurume University School of Medicine. She has published more than 30 articles in English and has a wide range of research interests, including psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, psychoendocrinology, psychophysiology, social psychiatry, epidemiology, and disaster psychiatry. She is a board member of the Japanese Society for Traumatic Stress Studies (JSTSS) and an associate member of the Science Council of Japan.
